Tom McDonough and Amit Yoran Expand Industry Expertise
McLean, Virginia — February 28, 2005 — Trust Digital, a leading provider of enterprise mobile security software solutions, today announced that Tom McDonough and Amit Yoran have joined its Board of Directors. Since receiving Series A financing, led by Core Capital, in August 2004, Trust Digital has expanded its management team, released an updated version of its award-winning Mobile Security software, and established an impressive list of customers. The company will leverage the industry and sales expertise of these Board Members as it executes its growth strategy.

Board member Tom McDonough is currently President and COO of Sourcefire, Inc., the industry's fastest growing network security company with over 600 customers including many Fortune 1000 companies and large US government agencies. Prior to joining Sourcefire, Mr. McDonough was the CEO of Mountain Wave, Inc., which developed the industry's leading Enterprise Security Management solution for real-time event correlation and incident response until it was acquired by Symantec. Previously, McDonough was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Aether/Riverbed Technologies, a leader in mobile infrastructure software as well as Vice President of North American Operations for Axent Technologies, one of the industry's first internet security companies. Mr. McDonough has held various sales, sales management and business development positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and UNISYS Corporation. Mr. McDonough received a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Amit Yoran most recently served as the Bush Administration's cyber chief, responsible for coordinating national activities in cyber security. Working with the Secretary of Homeland Security, Mr. Yoran facilitated coordination between federal departments, law enforcement and intelligence efforts, as well as direct interaction with many leading IT and IT security companies. Prior to joining the Bush Administration, Mr. Yoran was the Vice President of Worldwide Managed Security Services at the Symantec Corporation. Mr. Yoran also founded Riptech, a market leading IT Security Company, and served as its CEO until the company was acquired by Symantec. Mr. Yoran has served as an officer in the US Air Force, and received a Master of Science degree from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
