Nick Magliato, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to becoming CEO of Trust Digital in July 2004, Nick Magliato was an entrepreneur in residence at Venrock Associates, the venture capital arm of the Rockefeller Family. Nick transitioned to Venrock from USinternetworking, Inc., where he was Executive Vice President, Global Services Platform Technology with responsibility for the creation of the Enterprise Messaging Business Unit and later gaining responsibility for all the technology and customer operations of the Company.  Before USi, Nick was the General Manager of the Private Networks Group at DIGEX. As founding member of the division and an officer of the company, he developed and managed the evolution of DIGEX from a regional Internet service provider to a national Internet carrier. Additional achievements at DIGEX included an IPO and a successful sale of the Company.  Additional professional experience include:  Director of Land Mobile Product, Sales, and Distribution at American Mobile Satellite Corporation (AMSC) and Accenture.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Services with a minor in Mathematics, from Syracuse University in 1987.

Dr. David Goldschlag, Executive VP, Operations

David Goldschlag is Executive Vice President of Operations and serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Trust Digital, with responsibility for the company's Intellectual Property along with the Engineering and Product organizations.  David has over 20 years of experience in start-up, commercial, government, and academic environments. He has held senior management roles at Trusted Edge, USinternetworking, Inc., and DivX. Additionally, Dr. Goldschlag has held positions within the U.S. Department of Defense and NSA, is a co-inventor on four granted patents, and has published over 30 academic papers on subject matters such as database technologies, cryptography, conditional access, and computer security.

Michael R. Pratt, Chief Financial Officer

Michael Pratt has over 30 years of experience in general management and finance, in both domestic and international organizations. Michael’s experience includes early-stage company management, negotiation of strategic partnerships and alliances, and service on the Boards of Directors of several companies. Prior to joining Trust Digital, Michael was the CFO of Galt Associates, a privately held, venture-backed, software and professional services company with innovative technologies which supported over 70 pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies managing risk through information. Galt was sold to Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN) in July 2006.  Earlier professional experience include:  VP, Finance & Administration of Sentito Networks; CFO of Chondros, Inc; CEO of CrossMedia Networks Corp.; CEO of Point of Care Technologies; various senior finance and operations positions with Mobil Corporation in both domestic and international settings, including President and General Manager of three Mobil subsidiaries; and Audit Manager, Arthur Andersen & Co.

Michael holds a BS in Finance from East Carolina University, a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Massey University in New Zealand, and an MS, Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University. Michael is an active CPA in Maryland.

Paul Blamer, Vice President, Channel Sales

Paul Blamer brings more than two decades of sales expertise to Trust Digital.  Prior to joining the company, Paul served as the Director of Channel Programs for APPTIX, where he successfully built the channel sales program, selling Microsoft-based ASP services through major telecommunications firms and Internet Service Providers throughout North America and Europe. This program significantly increased revenues and brand presence. Previous to APPTIX, Paul was Director of Business Development at leading enterprise ASP USinternetworking, Inc., as well as a founding member and key contributor to the channel sales team of an Internet Service Provider named to the Russell 500 index.

Paul earned a BS in Economics from George Mason University.

Dan Dearing, Vice President, Marketing

Dan Dearing is Vice President of Marketing at Trust Digital, with responsibility for product marketing, product management, and marketing communications. With 20+ years of industry experience, Dan has held a number of technical and business positions for leading technology companies such as Ciena, Hughes Network Systems, and NexTone.  While at NexTone, his most recent position prior to Trust Digital, he created marketing, product, and partnership strategies that differentiated the company as a leading supplier of VoIP session controller technologies for carriers, service providers, and enterprises. Dan helped create the session controller product category which positioned NexTone in a $1.2B market by 2008 and established the vendor as a thought-leader using innovative initiatives, such as NexTone University and the NexTone Blog, to separate the company from its rivals.

Dan earned a BS in Computer and Information Science from the Ohio State University and an MS in Computer Science and Applications from Virginia Tech.

Michael Morgan, Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Support Services

Mike Morgan brings over 10 years of successful sales experience to Trust Digital and is widely recognized for his success in integrating, building and leading teams while selling high-end IT solutions to both commercial and federal government markets.  Mike has held executive positions for Cloakware, Inc., a leading provider of products and services to protect software, media, passwords and data from piracy and unauthorized access and use.  While at Cloakware, Mike established and grew the Federal and Financial Services division.  Prior to Cloakware, Mike established and led the Homeland Security business for EMC Corporation and was a Sales Executive for Merck Corporation.

Mike earned a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
